Review comes before automation.
New accounts begin in manual-approval mode. Check names, numbers, examples, images and the meaning of the whole post. A queued draft is not an obligation to publish it: edit or delete it first. Automatic publishing is a choice you enable when ready, not a consequence of submitting a signup form.
A daily hour in your timezone.
Choose a timezone and daily publishing hour in your account. In automatic mode, the next eligible queued post is processed after that hour; this is not a promise of delivery at an exact second. Starter allows up to one post every other day; paid plans allow up to one per day. Expired authorization or platform problems can interrupt delivery.
Text, images or carousels within your plan.
Starter is text-only. Consistency includes matching images. Personal Brand includes PDF carousels within its total of 30 posts, not in addition to them. You can review content before connecting LinkedIn, but publishing requires a valid connection to the personal profile you authorize.
Check uncertain results before trying again.
A connection can fail after a platform has accepted a post but before confirmation returns. An uncertain result therefore needs reconciliation against your actual profile, not a blind retry that could create a duplicate. The PostedIn archive helps you review published content; deleting a PostedIn record does not delete an existing LinkedIn post.
Before you start
Does PostedIn automate engagement?
No. This service prepares and reviews content and performs authorized publishing. It does not sell followers, likes or automatic direct-message outreach.
Can I approve each post myself?
Yes. Leave the workspace in manual-approval mode. You do not have to enable automatic publishing to use the content or review workspace.
Does connecting LinkedIn require setup?
Yes. Each workspace uses its own LinkedIn developer app, products, permissions and redirect URL. A step-by-step guide is available in the dashboard and journal.
