The service
PostedIn prepares LinkedIn content around your brief and provides review, manual approval, automatic publishing at your plan’s cadence, and archiving. Request one content pack per calendar month from Content studio; preparation is a managed service, not instant generation. The full monthly pack of 15 Starter posts or 30 paid-plan posts is prepared within 72 hours on Starter, 36 hours on Consistency, or 24 hours on Personal Brand. The clock starts when we accept your free request or approve your payment and have a complete brief covering your field, audience, language and topics. Submission alone does not start preparation. Requested revisions are separate from the initial preparation window.
Your request and account
Use the Start form for both free and paid requests. Starter needs no transfer or receipt. Paid requests require payment details and proof. We review each request before creating an account or activating a plan. On approval, new customers receive a private, time-limited email link to choose a password; existing customers keep their account. A tracking link is provided after submission. New workspaces start in manual publishing mode. Connecting your LinkedIn profile through the workspace guide is required before publishing, but not before reviewing content. We never need your LinkedIn password.
Free and paid plans
Starter is free: 15 text-only posts per calendar month, every-other-day publishing, and the server-added “Posted by PostedIn” signature. Consistency is 50 EGP/month: 30 posts with matching images, up to daily publishing, no signature, one batch revision round and CSV export. Personal Brand is 100 EGP/month: 30 posts including four PDF carousels, branded visuals, a brand brief, a monthly content plan, three revision rounds per batch, a private idea bank, and CSV content export. Four carousels count within the 30, not in addition. Publishing allowances reset on the first of each month (UTC), without rollover; plan changes do not reset usage. Draft storage is not the publishing allowance. Existing clients retain their prior access during the transition unless the admin explicitly changes it.
Activation, expiry and existing drafts
Paid access lasts one month from manual activation after local payment. Renewing the same paid tier extends the current expiry; changing paid tiers starts a new month immediately, with no automatic proration. There are no automatic card renewals. Expiry returns future publishing to Starter limits and signature, unless an explicit admin override applies. Drafts and archives remain saved; images and PDF drafts require a suitable plan or attachment removal before publishing. Automatic publishing pauses at the applicable cadence or allowance limit.
Payment and support
Transfer through e& Cash or InstaPay to 01150998560, then submit your receipt, sender details and transaction reference using our Start page. Each transfer is reviewed manually. Uploading proof is not acceptance; we email the approval or a reason for declining. A declined request is not an automatic refund. Contact us before paying again. Keep your transfer confirmation. If an activation is missing or incorrect, contact us so we can investigate and correct it. Cancellation, refund, and other applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms; discuss any service issue with us directly.
Your approval matters
You are responsible for checking that content accurately represents you and that you have permission to publish supplied text, images and documents. Manual mode requires approval for each post. Enabling automatic mode authorises publishing of queued content at your selected time, subject to your plan’s cadence and monthly allowance. Review the batch before enabling it.
Account and acceptable use
Keep your login and LinkedIn developer secrets private. Use the service only for accounts you are authorised to manage. Do not use it to impersonate others, publish unlawful or infringing material, share confidential information without permission, or send spam. We may pause access to address misuse or a security issue.
External platforms and outcomes
LinkedIn permissions, token expiry, rate limits, and service interruptions can affect publishing. PostedIn is independent of LinkedIn and does not promise reach, followers, revenue, or a viral post. If a publication result is uncertain, check LinkedIn before retrying to avoid duplicates.
Changes and ending the service
You can stop automatic publishing or disconnect LinkedIn from your workspace. Contact us to close the account. Material changes to the agreed service or price will be communicated before a new paid period. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
