Who to contact
PostedIn is operated by Moataseem Shaaban. For privacy requests, contact postedin@moataseem.com or +20 115 099 8560. We can help with access, corrections, disconnection, and account deletion requests.
What the service stores
We store the account name and email provided during onboarding, a password hash, workspace settings, content briefs you share, drafts, images, publication records, and the LinkedIn identity and permissions returned when you connect. LinkedIn app secrets and access tokens are encrypted before storage. We do not need your LinkedIn password.
Why we use it
We use this information to prepare and review your content, sign you in, connect your LinkedIn account, publish at the chosen time, prevent duplicate publishing, maintain your archive, and handle support or payment activation. Do not send confidential client information or third-party personal data that you are not authorised to share.
Services involved
The app, client database and image storage run on our Hostinger VPS. LinkedIn receives the content and images you authorise us to publish. WhatsApp and your email provider handle messages sent through those channels under their own policies. Content preparation may use AI tools; share only information suitable for the agreed public content brief. Service providers may process data outside Egypt.
Cookies and public pages
The workspace uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. The public marketing site does not currently install advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers. Hosting providers may keep operational and security logs. If we introduce optional tracking, this notice and the relevant controls will be updated.
Keeping and deleting information
Workspace content is kept while your account is active so that your queue and archive work. Contact us to request deletion or export. Some operational, security, or payment records may need to be retained for legitimate obligations; we will explain any exception when handling your request. Deleting a PostedIn record does not remove a post already published on LinkedIn.
Your controls
You can edit queued copy, delete queued posts, disconnect LinkedIn, and change your password from the dashboard. You can also revoke the app’s access in LinkedIn. For other requests, use the contact address above. We may need to verify that a request comes from the account owner.
